Hanford Reach Interpretive Center will be having a Spring Break Camp from March 30 to April 3.
Schedule:
Daily 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Eligibility:
Ages 9 to 13 Cost: Members $229.00 per person and non-Members $259.00 per person
Everyone is invited to join a fun week of art and adventure this Spring Break!
*In the mornings participants will trek out into the wild outdoors, get up close and personal with fish, wildlife, and the shrub steppe.
*In the afternoons come back and learn to paint with local artist Gail Roadhouse.
*There will be hiking, jet boats, a visit from Blue Mountain Wildlife, and lots of fun!
*Art supplies included.
*Participants bring their own sack lunches - water only is provided.
Field Trips:
*Monday: Fishery at Ringold
*Tuesday: Yakima & Snake Confluences, Sacajawea Discovery Center
*Wednesday: Jet-Boat to the Hanford Reach Monument
*Thursday: Hike Badger Mountain
*Friday: Blue Mountain Wildlife & Bird Walk to Bateman Island
