About the Spoken Word Workshop with Jordan Chaney Event
Hosting the event is Jordan Chaney, a spoken word poet and author of the book, 'Art of the Spoken Word'. He will impart some of the tips and techniques he used when he created this particular book. Jordan also writes for Winepress Northwest. He is also the man behind 'Rocket Fuel for Dreamers' which is a poetry collection written to serve as inspiration and motivation in any way possible.
Through this event, Confluent Space Tri-Cities will try to build a community comprised of poets with hopes that a Poetry Slam will be formed in the near future. This workshop is designed for individuals 18 years old and above. Admission costs $10 for non-members and free to members.
