The Confluent Space Tri-Cities is inviting individuals, 12 years old and above, to join the Sewing 102: Making a Tote Bag event which will take place on the 25th of June, 2016. This sewing workshop will run from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and will be held at Confluent Space Tri-Cities at 285 Williams Boulevard, Richland. WA. About Sewing 102: Making A Tote Bag
Sewing 102: Making a Tote Bag is actually the second workshop of three part series that Confluent Space Tri-Cities formed. Beginners are still encouraged to join, even those who missed the first part of the workshop. Sewing 102 will concentrate on tote bag creation. Other topics that will be discussed are sewing tools, types of stitches and troubleshooting.
 Participants are advised to bring their own sewing machine and supplies like owners manual, pins and pin cushions, hand needles, seam ripper, fabric scissors, needle threader and tape measure.
Members of Confluent Space Tri-Cities can join in for $10 each, while non-members must pay $20 each.
