On Sunday, August 24 from 5:00 to 7:00 in the evening there will be a Relaxation/Restorative Yoga at Yoga Community located in 4415 W. Clearwater Avenue Crossroads Mall Kennewick, Washington.
About the Event
Yoga Community offers professional instruction in yoga, ayurveda, and meditation. They now have newly renovated studio designed to create a soothing environment dedicated to the practice of yoga. With two studios, a reception area, and business office, Yoga Community provides a variety of yoga classes for all levels. In the class they are offering on August 24 participants will practice a sequence of supported restorative yoga poses designed to quiet and relax the mind and body. In addition, gentle yoga stretches, breathing and relaxation techniques will also be taught. Pre-registration is required. No yoga experience is necessary!
