Thomas O'Neil Cellars will be hosting a special Red Wine and Chocolate Valentine’s Day Dinner at our tasting room. You and your special someone will enjoy a three course dinner prepared by Chef Chris Nokes, paired with their delectable wines.
Menu:
- 1st Course – Seasonal salad with Chardonnay Vinaigrette, candied walnuts, and shaved white chocolate
- Main Course – Coffee braised short ribs with dark chocolate Merlot sauce, served over garlic, parsnip polenta, with grilled asparagus
- Dessert Course – One Fiery Chocolate Crème Brûlée, one Gorgonzola truffle, and one Cabernet Sauvignon Dark Chocolate Mousse
