About the Eastern Scablands of the Ice Age Floods Tour
For this particular tour, Gary Kleinknecht will be joining the participants. This tour will feature the remote and the rarely visited part of the Cheney-Palouse Scabland Tract. Participants will surely enjoy the streamlined loess islands which are divided by scablands and coulees. A great view of these scablands will be achieved considering that the Palouse Country of eastern Washington is situated at close quarters.

This tour is unique because it will not go through any major highways. Participants get to have a glimpse of the local residents and their way of living during the course of the tour. The tour will also present flood deposits, the Rock Lake, Big Cove Coulee and more! Admission to the REACH Tours Eastern Scablands of the Ice Age Floods costs $78 per person. This price is inclusive of the bus ride, water and lunch.
