Perfectly Preserved By Chef Jessica From Kestrel, Prosser WashingtonOn Wednesday, August 20 everyone is invited to join Chef Jessica of Kestrel as she shares some tips on canning and preserving. The event will be at Walter Clore Wine & Culinary Center located in 2140A Wine Country Road Prosser, Washington from 6:00 until 8:00 in the evening.

All participants will surely enjoy tasty snacks and wine pairings created from a variety of exceptionally preserved and pickled projects. What’s more you can take home a jar each of: honey wine preserved grapes, tomato basil jam, pickled pear tomatoes with rosemary or wine jelly. Admission fee is $45.00.
