The Monterosso's Italian Restaurant's Cooking Class and Dinner with Executive Chef Adam Carr costs $59. 95 per person. The cooking class will concentrate on pasta making where participants will be taught how to make basic, colored and flavored pasta dough. Chef Adam Carr will impart tips on how to roll pasta dough into different shapes. He will also share his knowledge on the subject of stuffing pasta dough with tasty filling. After the cooking class, there will be mouthwatering dinner for everyone.
