About Good-Night Yoga
The Good-Night Yoga event is designed for children 0 to 5 years old. Attendees are advised to wear their pajama so they can be comfortable as they put into practice the movements that will be taught to them. Good-Night Yoga will feature exercises that promote relaxation so kids can get to bed feeling calm.
Kids need to sleep well during the night. It's the time of the day when the growth hormone is secreted. Serenely sleeping makes the heart healthier. It also makes the kids more attentive and energized. Learning how to practice good-night yoga can help the kids fall asleep easier.
