International Migratory Bird Day Toppenish National Wildlife RefugeOn Saturday, May 9 from 9:00 in the morning until 12:00 noon Toppenish National Wildlife Refuge is hosting the International Migratory Bird Day.

International Migratory Bird Day
This day marks the return of the migratory birds to the Yakima Valley, so come and celebrate with a lot of people! This is your chance to observe netting and banding throughout the morning, take a hay ride, and see live raptors up close!

Toppenish National Wildlife Refuge is located on the Yakama Indian Reservation about 6 miles south of Toppenish, Washington, in the agriculturally intensive Yakima Valley of eastern Washington state.
