Heritage Garden Practicum At Walter Clore Wine and Culinary Center Prosser, WashingtonBenton Conservation District will be hosting a free workshop “Heritage Garden Practicum” on Saturday, September 7 from 9:00 in the morning until noon at Walter Clore Wine and Culinary Center located in 2140 Wine Country Road Prosser, Washington.

About Heritage Garden Practicum
The event’s highlights include step by step instructions on how to create a Heritage Garden, working individually or in small groups to design a Heritage Garden and implementing a Heritage Garden. The practicum will give participants the opportunity to create a design for phase 2 of the Clore's Center Heritage Garden and the opportunity to assist in the implementation of phase 1 of the Clore Center's Heritage Garden.

Heritage Garden Practicum is sponsored by the Benton Conservation District, Franklin Conservation District, the Columbia Basin Chapter of the Washington Native Plant Society and the Walter Clore Wine and Culinary Center. Registration deadline is Friday, September 12.
