Head Smart - It's a Helmet Thing is a workshop that will center on protecting the brain. It aims to make everyone aware, especially individuals who are active in sports, the importance of keeping their heads protected. This workshop is interactive and any age group can join in the discussion. It will feature the Pacific Science Center's 'Brain Power Exhibit', as well as the most realistic walk-through inflatable brain exhibit known as 'The AmeriBrain'. Kevin Pearce will be at the venue to share his story after suffering a traumatic brain injury while he was practicing for the Olympic trials. This event is free. Don't miss it!
