Growing Up Wild: Early Childhood Educator Workshop
The Growing Up Wild Educators Workshop will provide all educators the guide needed for teaching children ages 3 to 7. It will feature 27 hands-on activities that are proven effective in teaching. The activities include crafts, music and movement, art, reading, civic connections, Science, and Mathematics. The workshop will also cover social, physical, emotional and cognitive areas of expertise which will improve kids' learning.
The Franklin Conservation District believes that with continuous learning, educators will become more efficient in performing their profession. Kids will greatly benefit from effective teaching strategies while exploring the nature and wildlife.
