Economic Impact of Battelle And PNNL On The Tri-Cities Kennewick WashingtonOn Thursday, August 6 from 7:00 to 9:00 in the evening there will be a a special event at the Mid-Columbia Libraries in Kennewick, Washington - a presentation about the Economic Impact of Battelle And Pacific Northwest National Laboratory on the Tri-Cities.

The presentation will describe the impacts at the intersection of business, technology, job, education, culture and society. It will be presented by Gary Spanner, manager of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory’s Economic Development Office.

Since 1994 Spanner has applied the laboratory’s technological resources to expand the technology sector of the economy and create high-value jobs for the Tri-Cities, Northwest region and the nation. This is going to be an educational and technology-based economic development presentation so don’t miss it.

This presentation is for all ages so everyone is welcome to attend.
