This coming Saturday, September 13 everyone is cordially invited to the Desert Fiber Arts 40th Anniversary Open House located in 101 North Union, Suite 208 in Kennewick, Washington. The event will be from 10:00 in the morning until 2:00 in the afternoon.

Admission is FREE! This will be a great opportunity to say hello to old friends, make new friends, look through the scrapbooks of "the olden’ days", and in general enjoy their new home. Desert Fiber Arts started 40 years ago. The library and equipment was housed in member's homes and meetings were done in different public facilities and private homes. Over the years the dream was to have a place to meet, work, store equipment and shelve books - and finally it has come true!
