About 'Creating a Culture Where All Students Thrive'
'Creating a Culture Where All Students Thrive' will feature Dr. Luis Cruz who also presented the professional learning formed during the last two years: “Building Leadership Capacity” and “Transforming School Culture”.
'Creating a Culture Where All Students Thrive' aims to make school leaders more empowered to effectively develop a culture where every student will be given importance. It is recommended that participants attend the six-session professional learning under this program. Upon completion of the workshop, the school administrators, and teachers are expected to implement a research on school culture to better the students, develop more leadership skills, and acquire the necessary learning to feed the needs of different student populations.
