Cosplaying is a great way to socialize and win friends. It's also a wonderful way to bond with the family and improve one's confidence. The Richland Public Library is pleased to teach everyone how cosplaying can be enjoyed without spending a fortune. Joy Bragg-Staudt will be in attendance to advocate the creation of cosplay costumes from cheap items or materials that are readily available at home.
