About the Cooking Class on Cold Sauces
The Cooking Class on Cold Sauces will be hosted by Executive Chef Adam Carr. He will have the participants aware of amazing dishes that can be made out of salad, entree or appetizer. To make the dishes even more sumptuous, cold sauces will be added. Making cold sauces is not an ordinary kitchen practice because it requires meticulousness. But with the guidance of Chef Adam, the participants will be able to master it in no time. Barbecue sauce, tapenade, salad dressings, gremolata, vinaigrettes, and aioli are just a few sauces that can be made into cold sauces. Admission to Cooking Class on Cold Sauces costs $59.95 per person plus tax.
