On May 14, come and be a part of an evening of culinary instructions in a small setting where you can learn tips and techniques as well as informative and in-depth look at cooking for mastering your kitchen from the MOJAVE culinary crew. Featuring Southwest-inspired cuisine with a uniquely Northwest twist MOJAVE at Desert Wind is located within the Desert Wind Winery, 2258 Wine Country Road Prosser, Washington.
Classes cost $70 per person, limited to 12 participants unless otherwise noted and includes class instruction and chef demo, recipes, wine and food and a small gift. Tasting portions of the food prepared, and wine pairings are also included in the registration price.
Seating is not assigned and there is no guarantee that group members will be seated together; participants may choose their seats as they arrive. Furthermore, reservations are required at least one week prior to date of class.
