Coloring Circle for Seniors: What Good It Will Bring to the Elderly?

There are studies that prove coloring holds therapeutic value. This activity calls for concentration and so it helps the seniors forget about their anxieties. Coloring is also a great way to relax and meditate which are important for seniors who typically worry about their health condition and retirement.

Coloring Circle for Seniors is a very relaxed event that lets the elders reconnect with their creativity. Music will be played as the seniors work on their piece to further promote relaxation.

Yellow Dog Integrative Arts Studio is constantly providing new designs to delight the participants. Supplies like colored pencils, markers, and paint are all available at the venue.
