About the 4th Annual Christmas Carnival
The 4th Annual Christmas Carnival is made possible through the efforts of J&S Dreamland Express and the Horse Heaven Hills Kiwanis Foundation. This event is designed to bring happiness to the local children and their families, and raise funds for the scholarship of students from the Mid-Columbia region. The 4th Annual Christmas Carnival will feature Christmas train rides which kids and adults alike will enjoy. Admission to the Christmas Carnival costs $5 per person. Kids 5 years old and below are free. Don't miss it!
