About Cherish the Ladies at Faith Assembly Auditorium
Cherish the Ladies is an all-female ensemble specializing in Irish folk and Celtic Music. The band is comprised of Joanie Madden, Mary Coogan, Kathleen Boyle, Deirdre Connolly, Grainne Murphy and Mirella Murray. Cherish the Ladies has been performing since 1985. Through the efforts of Mick Moloney and his desire to give prominence to female music talent, this group has been formed. Among the most notable masterpieces of Cherish the Ladies are 'Cherish the Ladies: Irish Women Musicians in America' released in 1985, 'The Back Door' in 1992 and 'An Irish Homecoming, Live from Bucknell' which was released in 2013.
Admission to the Cherish the Ladies show at Faith Assembly Auditorium costs $45 each for adults, $20 each for students and $105 for families.
