About the Caren Mercer-Andreason Street Painting Festival
The event is held in conjunction with the Great Prosser Balloon Rally and Harvest Festival also happening from September 26th until the 28th in Prosser, WA.
This is your chance to witness how local and regional artists create works of art on the pavement in downtown Prosser. What's amazing with their work is that even though they use special pastels for their art, the result looks like a painting.
Don't forget to bring your lawn chair to sit and watch the artists while enjoying a variety of musical entertainment.
