On the first Thursday of every month in 2015 Walter Clore Wine & Culinary Center will offer a blind tasting of a specific varietal. Tasting wines blind, without knowing the winemaker, the winery, the price or seeing the label is a great way to develop your palate, discover new wines and make your own decisions about price indicating your preference for wines.
Tickets are $30 and include appetizers and 6 wines to sample. June we will be featuring Chardonnay!
