The BBQ Sauce Cooking Experience is a cooking class that will feature several ways to prepare American BBQ sauces. Participants get to try on different herbs and spices to come up with sauce variant that will enhance the flavor of the meat. After the class, students are invited to savor the sauces prepared during the class with the Castle Event Catering's Apple Wood Smoked Tri-Tip.
