Awesome Aeronautics Summer Camp At The WSU - Tri Cities Richland, WashingtonOn Monday, July 27 from 8:30 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon there will be an Awesome Aeronautics Summer Camp at the WSU Tri-Cities in Richland, Washington.

Details of the Summer Camp
Awesome Aeronautics summer camp will allow you participants to explore, design and test flying machines. This is your chance to analyze why things fly or fail by studying successes and failures in flight technology; design and test propellers and wings; apply concepts of force, trajectory, and energy while launching projectiles using air, water, and chemical propellants; and create catapults, slingshots and rockets as you learn about the science behind flight.

Come and develop your skills in the summer camp while exploring physics and aerodynamics, including laws of gravity and motion. Build and launch your own reusable, solid-fueled 2-stage rocket that can carry a payload over 1000 feet.

All camps are held on the WSU Tri-Cities campus at 2770 Crimson Way in Richland, Washington.
