On Saturday, October 3 everyone is invited to the 34th Annual Cavalcade of Bands at Neil F. Lampson Stadium in Kennewick, Washington. Preliminary competition starts at 9:30 in the morning, finals starts at 6:00 in the evening.
About the Annual Cavalcade of BandsÂ
This event started in 1981, the Southeastern Washington cavalcade of bands was the brainchild of the band directors of Pasco and Kennewick high schools, Randy Hubbs and John Owen who wanted to have a marching band field competition show where band students from high schools across the Pacific Northwest could showcase their talents and compete amongst each other.
In October, 1997, the Cavalcade was held in the Neil F. Lampson stadium in Kennewick, while Edgar Brown went through major renovations. From that time until the present the Cavalcade has been held on alternate fields in Kennewick and Pasco.
On-line Pre-show ticket ordering opened Tuesday, September 1. On-line Pre-show ticket ordering will be shut down by 1pm, Friday, October 2. After that time you will need to purchase tickets at the gate, at full price. For Patron Info please click here.
