The Allied Arts Association will host the Annual Juried Show Reception and Awards Ceremony this coming July 8, 2016. About the Annual Juried Show Reception and Awards Ceremony
The Allied Arts Association's Annual Juried Show runs from June 28 until August 21, 2016. On July 8, recognition will be given to outstanding entries through the judgment of the 2016 juror, Judy Vogland. Judy finished BS Drawing and Painting and MFA Painting at Portland State University. She has taught art for a number of years at the same university and at Hillsboro High School, Haystack at Cannon Beach, Oregon College of Art and Craft, and at Sitka Center for Art and Ecology.
The Allied Arts Association's Annual Juried Show Reception and Awards Ceremony is a much-awaited event considering that artists from all over the United States have sent their entries for this competition. More than $2,000 worth of prizes will be given to deserving participants. This event is free and open to individuals 21 years old and above.
