About the Annual Art In The Park

Art in the Park Logo for Richland Washington in Tri-CitiesAllied Arts Association and Gallery provide art awareness and development for the Mid-Columbia region of Washington State. It also includes art education in the cities of Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, and surrounding areas. The show features a wide variety of art. The park will be filled with artists’ booths where you can find beautiful creations for yourself or for someone special. Home décor, clothing, music, jewelry, children’s specialties, pampered pet necessities, and unique gifts will be available at the booths.

The Annual Art in the Park is the fundraiser event of the Allied Arts Association that will help and support the operation of the gallery and most importantly to support the scholarships which the Allied Arts Association gives to art students. It’s the largest show in the area and the Association’s biggest fundraiser event.

About The Allied Arts Association

From their website: "The Allied Arts Association is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that believes a vibrant community deserves a rich variety of visual arts opportunities. From our home at the Gallery at the Park we provide an appreciation for the arts, changing exhibits, and art education. Allied Arts is run by a dedicated Board of Directors, dozens of fabulous volunteers, and many faithful members. We strive to be a place where the community can interact with the arts and artists in a real way.  Over the years, the gallery has expanded from an artist cooperative to having a sales gallery, a featured show gallery and an art education classroom. Local and regional artists bring their original, handmade art to the gallery for display and sale to the public."  For more, including history.
