The 3rd Annual New Year's Eve Intention Ceremony will feature 40 minutes of gentle yoga, along with traditional Puja, and meditation in an intention setting. Yoga is a set of practices centered on one's physical, spiritual and mental condition which helps increase flexibility, and keeps the muscle strong and well-toned.
