Winter Birds At Mcnary National Wildlife Refuge  Burbank, WashingtonOn Saturday, February 14th, from 9:00 in the morning to 12:00 noon the Friends of Mid-Columbia River Wildlife Refuges will be hosting the 4th annual Winter Birds at McNary National Wildlife Refuge .The event is happening at the McNary Environmental Education Center, and activities will include special presentations, bird viewing tours and an art activity.
