At 6:30 p.m., bring in your unknown plant (non-ornamental) and the group will try to identify it. Plant identification occurs before the regular meeting.

Winter Birds At Mcnary National Wildlife Refuge  Burbank, WashingtonOn Saturday, February 14th, from 9:00 in the morning to 12:00 noon the Friends of Mid-Columbia River Wildlife Refuges will be hosting the 4th annual Winter Birds at McNary National Wildlife Refuge .The event is happening at the McNary Environmental Education Center, and activities will include special presentations, bird viewing tours and an art activity. Special presentations include a live bird program by Blue Mountain Wildlife, “Birds in Diverse Habitats,” a slide show by Ivar Husa of the Lower Columbia Basin Audubon Society, and wildlife films by videographer Gaylord Mink.
