On Friday, October 31 join the Band Fallout and Columbia River Catering at the Shilo Inn at 50 Cornstock Richland, Washington for Chills and Thrills - an Adult Halloween Costume Party from 6:00 in the evening until Saturday, November 1 at 1:30 in the morning.
