Come out and support local Tri Citians as they take the plunge, Polar Bear that is, for Special Olympics Washington. The Polar Bear Plunge, presented by the Law Enforcement Torch Run Campaign, will be held on January 22 at Columbia Park in Kennewick Washington from 10:00am-1:00pm. Be a part of the “coolest” event in the Tri Cities by either jumping in or making a donation. All proceeds go towards supporting the local Special Olympics programs throughout the year. To participate in the Polar Bear Plunge, register online at the First Giving website.
The next event sponsored by the Law Enforcement Torch Run Campaign will be the Red Robin Tip a Cop for Special Olympics. Mark your calendars for March 26, 12:00pm to 8:00pm and plan to come out to support Special Olympics Washington.
