MSNBC is reporting Moody’s Adversity Index has 93% of the country’s metropolitan areas in a recession. However, of the 28 metro areas not in a recession is the Tri Cities of Washington’s, Kennewick, Richland, and Pasco. In fact, the Tri Cities is the only metro area in the state of Washington not in a recession.
