It sounds really nice. It surprises me how people do not plan from the very beginning to purchase their own home. If they started putting money aside as soon as they are able they would be able to put a sizable deposit on a home bringing their repayments down making it more affordable to own a home rather to pay rent. Say, you guys really need to install a subscribe to comments plugin so I know when a reply has been made and can come back to have a look ;) Naturally, being an Aussie, I’m not buying a property there anytime soon, but if I was in the market I would definitely have a look.
