That is absolutely hilarious! I’m moving to N.C. in a few months, and some of the agents there have been great. Others, not so much. We visited a house that is saturated with mold, literally saturated. The agent did some serious dodging and weaving as I had fun mentioning things like “Water damage”, “Any leaks?”, “Sure is humid in here”.
My mother is a former real estate agent so I am privvy to more nuances than most;)
Wanted to also thank you for your kind comments on my writing. It’s appreciated.
You are welcome Paul, and thanks for stopping by.
Cool video, it’s taught me on of two things. One, you want to pick the right agent, one that has both the seller and the buyer in mind and two, leave your wife at home
Emphasis on, “leave your wife at home!”
Damn straight, especially if your looking at a haunted house.
Lol is she really selling the house or she’s freaking this guys out, but she really do talk like a real Realtor.
The video tells us that we need to find great agents that will not totally fool us. Is she really an agent, she is trying to freaking the guy out!
Not sure an agent, but certainly comical, eh!
